We do NOT send your memory data to AI service providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI). Your memories are stored on MemBridge servers and are only accessed by AI tools when you explicitly authorize them through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) authentication process.

5.2 Third-Party Service Providers

We may share limited information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. Your memory content is never shared with third parties and remains securely stored on MemBridge servers only.

The types of information shared with third parties are limited to:

• Stripe: Payment information only (credit card details, billing address) for payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy)
• Analytics Providers: Usage data and access information (page views, session duration, etc.) to understand how users interact with our Service

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify. Memory content is exclusively stored on MemBridge servers and is never transmitted to any third-party service providers.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
